How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please print out the ticket and bring it with you.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret that tickets brought on line are non-refundable.

I don't have a printer...

If you cannot print out the ticket; either  make a note of the 8 digit Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID or have the email showing the 8 digit Booking Reference Number and barcode available on your phone.

Can I use a promotional voucher to buy online tickets?

No, unfortunately we cannot accept promotional vouchers in payment for on-line tickets.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes.

Can I purchase tickets at Cannon Hall Farm on the day?

Yes but tickets brought on the day are more expensive.
