Farm Entry Autumn 2020

IMPORTANT NOTICE: FACE MASKS MUST BE WORN IN ENCLOSED AREAS AROUND THE FARM - THIS INCLUDES THE ANIMAL BARNS, REPTILE HOUSE AND TOILETS.

Due to changing circumstances, always refer to your local area guidelines in relation to visiting.

The safety and welfare of our visitors and staff is always our top priority. We have therefore implemented a number of new precautions, following both government advice and the requirements of our local health authority, in order to provide a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone.

We have made the decision to limit our visitor numbers so we can safely manage people and ensure physical distancing. Arrival times are staggered at 15 minute intervals As a result ALL tickets MUST be pre-booked on-line. Tickets will not be available on the gate.

You will NOT be allowed entry if you have not pre-booked.

Please note that readmission to the farm will no longer be permitted and the farm will now close at 6.30pm.

In the event of your family needing to self isolate we encourage you to do the responsible thing and we will transfer your tickets to an alternative date free of charge (provided you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.)

We are sorry but all our tickets are none refundable and no refunds will be given.
